Nice modern and tidy apartment. Not spacious but comfortable enough. Lovely courtyard/outdoor balcony attached to the apartment. The pool was lovely, maybe some more loungers there would be great.
There was not enough toilet paper for 4 people for 7 days, needed to purchase more.
The dryer did not work, could not get it on a hot dry heat.
The bathroom floor and sinks were dirty and not as clean as expected.
The drinking glasses were not clean with lip marks on them.
The main shower, not the ensuite, had no water pressure. The shower head needs replaced as it was leaking out the side.

Location felt safe as gated. Pool was perfect.
A detailed list of contents not provided so I have insured the way things were left by photographs taken as proof.
Contact was difficult due to a lack of phone use by myself in Australia. Having wifi and internet was important.
Coming from UK, I managed to make contact by email only.
I had to make contact to know expectations of bedding provision during a long stay. Eventually received information.
