Location. Close to Cairns Central where a lot of business was conducted.
Easy access in and out of accommodation.
Washer/Dryer was a bonus.
Communication from the Boutique team kept us well informed.
Friendly environment/neighbourhood.
The many stairs to get into apartment. This was not mentioned in booking. Two of the three guests were over 60yrs.

Messaging from Booking.com or owners was complex and unclear, information about entry to property sent too late when I was on delighted plane from Perth. When arrived it late, raining, no good streetlights, I could not read the message as it was complex and not clear where the key box was, only with help of representative from some company I managed to locate keylock in darkness, rain and around midnight. When rung emergency number on booking.com in Cairns woman answering was very unpleasant, then I was getting messaged to make sure I leave by 10.00 otherwise I will be charged, it was very bad experience
