It is a former love hotel so rooms are bigger than usual. The sea view was very nice.
We chose a room for 2 adults and one child with a sofa bed. Upon arrival we were told that the sofa bed was not ready for bedding because it was an additional charge service. I paid 26,600 JPY for it but then asked to cancel it because the sofa beds were so dirty that we decided not to let our daughter sleep on them.
I contacted Booking as the reservation we had made clearly indicated an additional sofa bed for our child. It is extremely disappointing that Booking never replied to my message. I was expecting a better customer service from Booking.
The hotel offered a refund of the 26,600 JPY but it has been over a month and I still haven’t received the money back. This is the first time this happens to me in Japan were I am a resident.
