I am the sort of person who gets lost in a barrel so I really appreciated the kindness of the host meeting me at the bus stop and bringing me to the accommodation. Also when I couldn't get a taxi in Kinsale - the owner very kindly brought me to my workshop destination. I was very touched by that.
The location is near a pub so there was music until late - but I was warned about that. I could have moved rooms if I so chose. It was a minor thing in the scheme of things

Location and size of room was great
Parking was a difficult all over the small towns in Ireland. Getting luggage upstairs also difficult. No staff onsite.

Horrendously loud music until very late room was above two pubs with loud music which closed really late
