My room air con faulty but the staff help to setup a fan for me.The was dead lizard found toilet floor.I took picture showed the staff as well for his further action.Tv channel went crazy...told staff but cannot do anything because the whole building has reception problem.Suggest to another room unfortunately no spare room to exchange.Otherwise excellent staff support to assist me

The room was very clean and the facilities provided were satisfactory. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was available in the room. Air cond also functioning well.
The hotel is quite old, so the overall appearance is not particularly modern or attractive. The water pressure in the toilet was also quite weak. During my stay, there was an Indian family who were extremely loud, especially at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I reported the issue to the male receptionist, but he simply said “biasalah tu,” which I found quite unprofessional. I expected the staff to take the noise complaint more seriously and handle the situation properly.
