Lo mejor es la ubicación. También está muy limpio, muy nuevo y bien cuidado. Habitaciones y baños muy amplios. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, imprescindible con el calor de Nápoles.
El agua caliente no funciona bien en ninguno de los baños, sale solo a ratos pequeños, hay que ducharse y lavarse el pelo por tramos. El somier de una de las camas hace mucho ruido a poco que te mueves.

A destacar la limpieza , amplitud de la vivienda y localización de la misma. Estuvimos muy cómodos en la casa!!!!

Top locatie, groot, zeer rustig ondanks de ligging in het oude centrum, mooi terras.
Parkeren is wat onduidelijk. Zou een privé parking zijn maar door de ligging in de zlt zone kan je daar geen gebruik van maken.

The area is good. When you get there you may think it's a rough area with all the graffiti etc. But we found the area very nice despite this. The locals are friendly and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
There is a very cheap bar close by called "bar nunzia" which was friendly and at least twice, if not three times cheaper than other bars
The sun terrace was unusable due to it being covered in falling render. It was taped off and very dirty with broken render all over it. Although this was not the owners fault they didn't let us know it was unusable and the sun terrace was a major factor why we booked it. They offered to cover our tourist tax (50 euro for five nights) which we didn't really think was enough compensation for this
One bathroom was unusable due to a very damp musty smell
The lift requires a fob to use, and also costs 10 cents per use. On check in we didn't receive the fob.
It is difficult to get the euro plug adapters into the sockets. We've used these all over Europe in several different countries, and used them in Rome before our trip, and have never had any problems until this property
We had to ask for toiletries to be provided despite the property saying they are provided
Although we didn't use it, the upstairs bedroom has no headroom, you'd have to be around 5ft or under to use it comfortably. But the two downstairs bedrooms are good
