L’and at Mariposa is a new concept of accommodation, nestle on 5 private acres landscaped for a private retreat, more so than a villa, with nearly 8000 sq. feet of interior space – boasting 7 Bedrooms, 8 and half Bathrooms, a Great Room with enormous 5 meter high ceilings, a 22 meter Pool (72 feet long) with hot tub next to it, Pavilion, a Gym, a pickle ball court and a small Outdoor Kitchen with Grill. Thoughtfully furnished with imported design from around the world, for the ultimate experience of nature and luxury combined. It is a place to unwind, forget it all, and to enjoy quiet beauty, to create great memories with family and friends while having access to the picturesque Caribbean only a 2 to 3 minutes golf cart or bike ride away. The 7 bedrooms have 4 King Beds in 4 of the Bedrooms and 2 Queen Beds in each of our other 3 Bedrooms. Total accommodation is up to 18 adults or 22 with children.

Our stay at L’and was incredible. We had 14 people staying, and no one had to share a bed.The house itself is enormous, and perfect for a big family or multiple families staying together. The bedrooms are all large and luxurious. There is a huge space inside for cooking and gathering. Everything is high end, and built for luxury. Outside is absolutely perfect. Everything is top notch. The pool is huge and amazing.Each day Victor (the caretaker) cleans up outside and resets all of the lounges, etc.Nelly and Carolina come each day to clean, make beds, clean towels, etc.The beach is incredible. You can drive or take the golf carts. Victor can take the umbrellas and chairs down any time you want to go to the beach. He is awesome. Sandra will be your main point of contact before the trip and during. Take advantage of her concierge services, she is incredible. Make sure to download WhatsApp to help with communications with all of the Luxury Cozumel team.We took advantage of the private chef for 3 dinners. If we made one mistake, it was not using Sandra’s Kitchen for all meals. Don’t make the same mistake: just book the private chef for all your meals. It is the best way to relax. The food is incredible.Also use Sandra’s kitchen to fully stock the kitchen. The price is reasonable and it is super convenient. We will be back soon and will always stay with Luxury Cozumel!

What an incredible property with an incredible staff. Felt as though we were truly living in luxury. The teenagers loved the pickle ball courts. We will definitely be making this a yearly trip.

Oh my gosh, we had the best stay ever for our group of 18! We are four families who’ve traveled together for 16 years, and we are always looking for a place that’s fun, roomy, clean, and can accommodate varying interests of both adults and older teens. L’and fit the bill. The house is stunning, as are the grounds, the pool, and the pickleball court. Whether we were playing mahjong at the poolside table or enjoying evening drinks on the patio, we took full advantage of what was on offer, and never felt that anyone was bored. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We were a little concerned that the house isn’t on the beach, but there was nothing for us to worry about. Golf carts offered easy transport and Victor, the caretaker, set up the beach chairs and umbrellas whenever we wanted. The house staff and Sandra, the concierge, were amazing and totally added to our positive experience. Five stars for sure!
