Was clean and spacious.
The kettle didn’t boil the water properly. And the tv downstairs bedroom didn’t work . Also we requested a baby cot the mattress was dirty .

Waterside was beautifully furnished and fully equipped- very comfortable beds- and in a great position for days out.
Though advertised as 4 bathrooms there were only 3 meaning two bedrooms on the 3rd floor were sharing a bathroom - the 4th is a downstairs toilet.
Also limited hanging space in one bedroom as it is in a storage cupboard with vacuum cleaner, ironing board, travel cot etc.
This didn’t spoil our stay.

Great location with lovely views of the water. Beds were good sized and the loving space was comfortable to allow the whole family to spend time together
