This apartment was perfectly located and very welcoming for our family.

We loved the location and the layout!

It lacked a couple of essentials (hairdryer and cooking essentials) and the beds got very hot at night! It also smelled like cigarettes.

Erdgeschoss war super für meine Eltern beide über 90

Zu wenig Gläser für Wein, Wasser und Sekt. Armaturen bei einem Waschbecken lohnen sich auszutauschen. Wir konnten es nicht nutzen.

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes gut geschnittenes Haus in bester Lage. Die Sauberkeit war inakzeptabel.

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Das Haus wäre auch schön wenn es sauber gewesen wäre bei Ankunft.

Sauberkeit war nicht akzeptabel. Das Haus wirkte nicht gereinigt. Klebrige Glasränder auf Wohnzimmer und Esstisch. Fettspritzer an der Küche über und auf dem Herd. Dreckig verkrümelter Backofen. Silberfische in der Besteckschublade. Regale und ablageflächen waren nicht gereinigt Krümel in der Nachttischschublade Rote Flecken auf dem Nachttisch Küche mit Panzertape geflickt und zusammengeklebt Kleiderschrank Tür defekt Dreckige Spiegel Ob die Bettwäsche frisch und gewechselt war ist nach der Sauberkeit des Hauses fraglich Braune Flecken auf den Handtüchern Von 6 terrassenstühlen waren nur fünf funktionstüchtig Bettmatratzen maximal durchgelegen nach 7 Tagen hat man Rückenschmerzen.

We loved the location and the layout!

Die Lage und die Ausstattung waren gut. Der Eigentümer ist abends gekommen um sich für den Zustand zu entschuldigen und hat das Bad selbst gereinigt, nachdem wir zuvor schon gekehrt hatten usw. Laut seiner Info hat der zuständige Reinigungsdienst nicht funktioniert.

Bei Ankunft 27,5 Grad in der Wohnung, Böden und Couch verkrümelt, Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt, Bad nicht geputzt, Badehandtücher noch im Trockner. Die Sicherung der Mikrowelle springt bei jeder Nutzung heraus.
