It’s in a perfect location, close to everything. The staff are so friendly, and I had a little issue with breakfast, but they did whatever they could to make me feel comfortable and happy, and I really appreciated that. That is exactly the kind of hospitality I expected from them.
I loved the shower and the balcony in my room. The bed was also very comfortable, and having AC was a big plus. I definitely recommend this place to everyone, and I would happily come back again!

We were received on the first day by Sama at the reception. And she made sure, we felt welcome and served drinks immediately. The high level of hospitality and comfort existed during our whole stay. If we called, they responded immediately and helped us out with several services. Another young woman at the reception, Donia also made us feel at home. Everybody was so service minded and professional. Our breakfast was served in the room at our chosen time and was almost like a brunch.
Only the noise from the street and café outside was disturbing at times during late evening and night. Maybe bring earplugs, if you are sensitive to that.

Staff and location
Area around the hotel is dirty filled with stray dogs. Hotel entrance is dirty because it's part of a building and no fully occupied by hotel. Room was cold with no carpets in winter. Breakfast was ok but not great.
