le personnel était très à l'écoute car une des personnes mangeait sans gluten le repas du soir était délicieux, les chambres et salle de douche très confortables. L'eau était bien chaude, la terrasse avec belle vue.
Le pommeau de douche supérieure était fendu mais l'autre fonctionnait.

Le site est unique avec une vue majestueuse sur le lac Kivu, une pelouse à perte de vue et un calme tout à fait magique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien entretenues !

La struttura è immersa nel verde e si affaccia sul lago Kivu. Piacevolissimo l'ampio giardino dove abbiamo fatto la colazione da soli. Il personale è molto gentile e le cene sono state decisamente eccellenti.
Purtroppo, per raggiungere la struttura che si trova su una penisola, bisogna fare un paio di chilometri su una strada sassosa da percorrere a passo d'uomo per non correre il rischio di forare. Un 4x4 è consigliabile.

I loved the cooking and the way the cook helped us. It is very peaceful and the bed was comfortable.
The food is ridiculously expensive. There were power shortages. The road leading to the place is absolutely awful. No reading lamps by the bed.
