Séjour à Reims quartier excentré au calme

Réactivité de l'hôte pour les réponses apportées durant le séjour (problème connexion Netflix résolue), configuration du studio, lit confortable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, merci !

Présence d'un meuble emballé sous le lit, pas top pour faire le ménage à fond. Le studio est bien entretenu mais pourrait être nickel (adhésifs qui ne servent plus à retirer, retouches peinture)

passable, uniquement pour dormir, pas assez d'explications pour le spa et rétroprojecteur

Bonjour, la situation géographie n'était pas ce que nous attendions, d'autant plus pas de places pour se garer, et aujourd'hui nous nous battons pour récupérer notre caution de 200 euros ce qui n'est pas négligeable pour repartir en congés, il y avait un délai de 7 jours, et aujourd'hui cela fait 20 jours exactement. Je crois que je vais faire des démarches administratives malheureusement pour récupérer notre dû. Merci d'avance de votre réponse, dans l'attente vos nouvelles
