The room was absolutely beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated there being an iron there.

Hello, we were staying in Cortona in Vicolo della Scala Rooms ..... I was so looking forward to going to this place... We were greeted with a message on Whats up. The apartment was in a great location, on the main street! The room was large with everything you need - stove, dishes, coffee maker (which didn't work), coffee, tea, water, and a dishwasher! The room was stylishly furnished and with a good bathroom! There was air conditioning, a wonderful place to relax and rest! We asked the owner to book us a taxi for early in the morning to catch the train, but she sent us phones to call. When they saw that it was from a foreign number, they didn't pick up... No one wanted to call for a taxi.. What was the problem with taxis in this Cortona, I don't know! Finally, the owner agreed, but they wanted us 50 euros for 2km to the station and it wasn't safe! We got angry and left the day after the first night /of 2/ for 1.70 euros with the bus to the station! Nice place, beautiful town, but don't rely on taxis and the locals! They are not responsive!

Very easy check in and check out, great location, friendly hosts.
Spacious room with facilities such as mini kitchen, wardrobe, desk etc.
Right next to a delicious gelato store!
There were instructions but I could not work out the AC! So had to sleep in a room that was 30 degrees all night. However it was the night before my wedding so probably wouldn't have had much sleep anyway!

Very good location, just off the main street, but very quiet. Big room with all the amenities you need.
The room is a little bit dark but had lots of lights & could open the shutters on the doors & windows.
