Absolutely beautiful hotel , amazing interior and also lovely spa area . Spa treatments were first class . Made even better by the added extra of the pantry with little sweet treats and drinks to help yourself to ….. seaside views from the outdoor terrace

Location, friendly staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. The breakfast is delish and dinner was lovely. Dog friendly to the max. I specifically enjoyed the walk in pantry filled with sweets and snacks.

Beautifully decorated, cute terrace, some helpful staff, lovely location by the sea.
A bit hit and miss with the quality of the staff.
We had told them it was our anniversary yet we were put in quite a disappointing room, with an ugly view. A a small celebratory gesture would have been thoughtful, given the price of the room, but we received nothing.
Have visited the Bath & Margate hotels quite a few times so I was looking forward to trying Brighton, but this one felt by far quite underwhelming.
