Beautiful rooms. Lovely modern scent as you walk into the building.
Disappointed we prepaid for 2 breakfasts for both mornings we stayed there and were not able to use it with their POS system down. I was told I couldn't even get a refund either. Burned money for services not received.

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and competent.
Our room didn’t get any maid service. We were gone for most of the day and when we returned, nothing had been done. Beds weren’t made, cleaning wasn’t done, and dirty towels hadn’t been replaced. We called to let the management know and their explanation was that they had some staff that was sick. In our opinion, a very poor explanation. This isn’t the covid outbreak!
