Perfect location, in a center, yet not in the middle of main road, so not much noise. Rooms are clean and modern. Parking is not a problem. Close Proximity to shops, grocery, park. Breakfast was modest, but with all necessary options you would expect form such hotel.
Hotel is family managed, almost never you can find person on frontdesk -incase questions. No coffee tea in room (teapot is there) doors are not soundproof and while checking in at 4 am, I woke up with loud Staff conversation at 8:30 am.

nice room, breakfast is good (not super special as promised, but fine)
in our room there were little ants which next day were all over our laggage and we found them days later on us or in our things

Great location, with free parking area. I was pleasantly surprised with excellent facilities. Friendly staff - visitors oriented! Nice breakfast.
I did not find anything disliking during my 2 night stay.

The property’s biggest strengths are its excellent location, clean rooms, and modern furniture. The apartment was well presented and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to stay at first glance.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our experience. The bathroom shower did not drain properly and overflowed during use, and the air conditioning in another room was not working. In addition, the breakfast was very poor and did not meet our expectations. Although the property has the appearance of a hotel, it feels more like a furnished apartment, and the overall quality of the services and facilities does not fully match its attractive appearance.
