Location is good, near the University and not far from the centre.
Payment for the overnight stay could be simpler. As a European, I had to use several ATMs: first to withdraw cash, then to transfer it to the apartment owner's account at another ATM. It is impossible to pay through the booking system. So, I had to look for suitable ATMs in the city.

отличная квартира. Мы приезжали на вручение диплома дочери в NU. Поэтому для нас расположение квартиры оказалось просто замечательным! супер! и пройтись, и если нужно - вызвать такси, и рядом кафешечек много, и МЕГА-центр пройтись пешком совсем недолго, 10 мин от силы, и Универ тоже рядом! Квартира чистая, удобная, вид из окна - супер: очень красивый внутренний дворик. Мы даже утром выходили пить кофе во двор:) ( нас было 2 человек)
кондиционера нет, это единственный минус. тк лето в Астане иногда очень жаркое, есть вентилятор, но он 1) немного шумит, на ночь отключали, 2) не охлаждает, а просто создает движение воздуха.

Great apartment, very clean and exactly as described. Walking distance to the convention centre and Mega Silk Way, where you can find all the shops, restaurants, supermarket, banks, Etc. Excellent communication with the owner.
