I have only the best words for this place. Whatever I asked, the host said always "Of course" and arranged smoothly what I needed. My room and the whole house looked just marvellous with all the tasteful details and ornaments, the views from the rooftop terrace are lovely, the location is great - in a quiet area but only an easy walk from the main tourist areas. There are some supermarkets around the corner. Breakfast was also nice and sufficient, served on the rooftop terrace.

Roof terrace fantastic, overlooking the Ark, and we liked being away from main tourist area and walking around that side of town. Delightful staff who were really helpful.
Bukhara felt super safe, but if I’d been on my own walking back at night it might have felt a bit creepy (no nasty people, just quite dark alleyways.) Rooms and bathrooms good but there was a bit of noisy from a loud group arriving one night. Otherwise great.

Right by the fortress ( arc) and other attractions. Walking distance. Short taxi ride to others. Staff : ( Sarvar and Dena and lady that cook breakfast are awesome.
Shower is weak flow and not warm enough.

Rooftop terrace with a nice view.
Dark, impersonal and some extremely unfriendly staff members. My request for breakfast well after the stated start time was met with sighs and rolled eyes.
