Great location with a short taxi in to the old town. Nice pub opposite the villa with restaurants nearby.

We were a group of seven friends who rented Villa Lungomare for three nights. Communication with the host was excellent; check-in and check-out went very smoothly, and we received plenty of recommendations for good restaurants and bars before our trip.
The accommodation was fresh and featured every amenity imaginable—including a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living area—and the pool and pool area were lovely.
The house had a good location, close to shops, restaurants, and bars. To get to Zadar’s Old Town, we could easily take a water taxi from just a few hundred meters away, and once those stopped running for the evening, an inexpensive taxi or Uber was a convenient alternative.
Highly recommended; if we visit Zadar again, we will definitely choose to stay at Villa Lungomare!

The villa was comfortable, spacious and has Air Conditioning in all the bedrooms and the main living room. There were six of us staying in the villa and it didn't feel crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed including a sandwich toaster which was a surprise, there were some basics in the cupboard. The pool was clean and well maintained and just the right temperature. The barbecue garden was a bonus and easy to use.
There was an intermitent smell of cigarete smoke in one of the bedrooms coming from the open fire place from the flat below which we solved with clingfilm.

hard to find the place, need to put a sign outside villa by the road, or simply paint on the villa's fence
