The property locations is perfect for exploring Nice, everything is within comfortable walking distance and if the tram stop is just 2 mins away if you wanted to explore further afield. Everything we needed was included in the apartment with plenty of space to our family of 5. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Laurence and Maurice were helpful with their advice and suggestions and remained contactable throughout our stay. We had the best 1st visit to Nice and look forward to another soon.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, just a little note the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom is very low but worked brilliantly for our 12yr old soon he loved it!

The central location
The mezzanine isn’t high enough for an adult to stand up straight. No kettle, no corkscrew, some sockets didn’t work, different levels on the floor were lethal.
