Location was good once you know where to find it. It was in a 'cul-de-sac'. The pillows were too high until requested for a lower form.. The pillows were comosed of foam particles. The bed was made daily. The bathroom was clean and fittings worked. Hotel was presented well. The reception desk was too tall and you could barely see the hotel staff. Hotel staff spoke English and were polite .

Unfortunately, the lighting in the room could be better — several guests have mentioned this before, but we’ve gotten used to it.
