Unusually spacious apartment compared to what's standard in Italy. Very clean. Equipped with the most important things one may need, everything in great shape. Check-in and check-out both smooth (in our case both in business hours of the reception). The quality of mattresses in all beds was great which with all my experience I don't take for granted. We didn't have to use the air conditioning but it looked quite high-tech.
The location was as expected - next to the train station - which can be disturbing. Even the bedroom not facing the train station was not spared, as the vibration spreads through the building. In our case though it was not a huge deal, we were able to manage. The over communication (which felt completely automated) from property managers was far beyond anything I have ever experienced. While it may help some folks, it was annoying in our case.

La casa era molto confortevole, e provvista di lavatrice e aria condizionata, che nei primi giorni del nostro alloggio è stata essenziale. Appena fuori dalla porta c’è una panchina dove ci si può rilassare che affaccia su due piccoli giardini con un altalena e uno scivolo molto piacevoli alla vista, un angolo di pace
