Beautiful large space. All the amenities you could need.
It's more on less right on the motorway, so it's incredibly noisy. Even with windows closed you can hear the rumble quite well.

Convenient for purpose of trip (to visit relative in local care home). Like the gated set-up of the row of holiday homes.
Terrible sewage smell in (only one) bathroom which remained the entire weekend stay.
Kitchen was poorly stocked eg no colander, no grater.
Unable to go for a walk with the dog direct from
the cottage as there is no direct access to a path.
Upstairs bedroom has only a small skylight so may get stuffy in the warmer weather.
A second toilet would be much better.
