Proprietatea este ca în poze și are vedere panoramică spre lac Bicaz. Prezintă grătar; ambele terase sunt acoperite și este foarte liniste.
Apa are un miros neplăcut, sulfuros.
În prima săptămână din august, la prânz/dupa-amiaza s-a făcut foarte cald în casă - am anunțat proprietarii care au fost amabili și s-au oferit să monteze un aer condiționat pe care până la urmă l-am refuzat, dar în viitor cred ca acolo va fi nevoie de un aparat de aer condiționat.

Dacă sunteți în căutare de liniște și peisaj minunat, atunci ați găsit locul potrivit! Spațiul amenajat cochet, cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru o escapadă în doi sau cu familia.
Scară spre dormitorul de sus ar putea fi puțin incomodă pentru copii mai mici
