Sehr schöne Wohnung die direkt am Frauenmarkt liegt.
Die Gegend ist nicht die beste, aber man kann die Wohnung gut erreichen.
Der Aufzug war defekt, aber dafür kann die Vermieterin nichts.

Location was nice, it was very clean. Good value for money, but would recommend it for couples, not small groups of friends.
We booked it because we were traveling with 3 adults who all like their own bed and I was sure there were 3 separate beds, but upon arrival we discovered it was one double bed and one sleeping couch.
Street was a bit noisy, so one of our friends didn't sleep too well.
Make sure you receive the instructions to enter the building, we arrived very late and I didn't get the message with the code to enter etc in advance, so had to call the proprietor in the middle of the night to ask. She luckily responded, but that would have been problematic otherwise.

Die Wohnung insgesamt war in Ordnung, Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, Haus war neu.
Die Ablage unter dem Spiegel im Bad war lange schon abgerissen und die Reste rostig! Von drei Tagen hat das WLan einen Tag nicht funktioniert, dann kam erst eine Anleitung, wie man es in Gang bringt.
Die Umgebung ist recht verfallen , nicht unsicher, vermittelt aber von der Stadt einen schlechten ersten Eindruck.

The apartment is good overall. It is fairly new, clean, and well equipped (oven, microwave, coffee machine, stovetop, and air conditioning). The bed is comfortable. The location is central and well connected to both the bus station and the airport.
The neighborhood is quite run-down and dirty. At night, it did not feel particularly safe.
The check-in instructions do not appear in the app; they are only available on the website. If, like me, you are traveling with just your phone, you are unlikely to find them. The host also does not send the instructions unless you specifically ask for them (most hosts do). It was probably my mistake not to check this beforehand, but it is worth keeping in mind.
The Wi-Fi signal barely reaches the bedroom, even though the apartment is not very large.
The curtains do not block the light properly, so in summer the room gets bright very early in the morning. Bringing an eye mask is recommended.
The bathroom would also benefit from having a proper shower tray, as water tends to spread across the floor.
