We had a lovely time at this property - the location was great as it over looks marenostrum concert and not far from Miramar shopping centre and restaurants
We had a car so this certainly helped but you can walk to many locations which we did frequently. We used the main balcony terrace as even though the roof terrace is large it is overlooked but still a lovely place to sit and sunbathe. Alfonso and Annette were great and we were even able to access the apartment a lot earlier than expected, they also responded quickly. They even provided us with water pop fruit and beer which was a nice gesture. Overall we had a great holiday here and would recommend it
Beach chairs would be handy but that’s just a little suggestion.

The views are outstanding, the roof terrace was lovely to lie out on. The villa is spacious and was able to accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers no problem.
No shop close by in the baking heat, but a Carrefour supermarket is 10 mins walk. Lovely walk along the promenade to get to the port/marina and a host of fantastic restaurants, but takes around 35 mins.
