The location was perfect, very close to the sea. The view was beautiful, and the room was spacious and bright.
First of all, communication with the host was entirely online, which was somewhat inconvenient, as I had to wait quite a long time during check-in. The host asked me to make the payment in advance through online communication, after which we could collect the keys from the reception. At first, I was a little worried because the reception had no information about our booking, and I was concerned that it might be a scam. However, after reading the reviews , I decided to take the risk, and fortunately, everything turned out to be legitimate.
The biggest inconvenience was that the water in the bathroom was not draining properly, so I had to shower in a pool of standing water, which was quite unpleasant.
There was also a lack of dishes and kitchen utensils in the kitchen.

Апартаменты хорошие, красивый вид из окна. Единственное, комната не была готова к нашему заселению, и были видны следы присутствия предыдущх жильцов. Это, конечно, разочаровало: кровать не была заправлена, не было одеяла, а в комнате остался испорченный арбуз, стояли коробки от кондиционера.
Однако хозяйка все уладила в течении суток (рядом не находится, все решается дистанционно).
По любым вопросам всегда была на связи - это конечно же плюс. Ещё один плюс - из множества квартир в Орби, где часто обманывают туристов, здесь безопасно и стоимость соответствует заявленной. Поэтому рекомендую.
Вопрос с уборкой при заселении возможно был разовым недоразумением.
