The appartement is a real big one-room flat, not a tiny studio. The cleanliness is alright. The big bed has a super comfy mattress. The kitchen is equipped with a gaz stove, easy to use, a small fridge, a microwave and a coffee-maker.
The area is calm and quiet, with plenty of supermarkets (one of them just downstairs), drug-stores, cafes, restaurants, cheese shops, bakeries, a Chinese massage parlor, which I appreciated.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is a small lift, quite useful.
No big noise either from outside - the windows are facing another apartment building over the roof of the supermarket - or from the neighbors has ever been noticed during my week stay, though the old parquet floor is quite creaky in all the apartments and you can hear your neighbors marching upstairs, without exaggeration though. The neighbors downstairs can hear you in the same way I suppose, so it is preferable to adopt a light step when you're in.
Bus 68 which stops just the next street around the corner, will get you to the heart of Paris in 30 min, to Louvre museum in 50 min, to the shopping area of Alesia in 15 min. The closest metro station is quite far - within around 15-minute walking distance. The bus is quite handy, runs on a fixed schedule, and makes you admire views of all Paris (it crosses the capital from south to north) through the bus window for ~2€.
All in all it is a very good choice in terms of value for money. I would recommend it for those who are seeking a comfortable and quiet place to stay, without a view of the Eiffel Tower though. :)
If you need small towels, take them with you, the host provides only one big bath towel.
No electric kettle unfortunately.

Struttura in posizione comoda con servizi di trasporto comodi e negozi nelle vicinanze. Staff buono e presente.
Non si poteva regolare la temperatura dei termosifoni.

Porzione ottima. Quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo, con parchi e ottime brasserie.
L'appartamento è vetusto e non particolarmente pulito.ll phon è rotto ma ancora funzionante. Un solo asciugamano per 2 persone per 5 notti. La cucina ha pochi utensili e sono assenti quasi del tutto i pomelli delle ante. Inoltre, ci hanno consigliato di non chiudere a chiave la porta d'ingresso,, pena un eventuale blocco della serratura. Infine, è presente solo un piccolo ventilatore, insufficiente per un appartamento al quarto piano con 40 gradi in agosto.
