We had a good stay at Hop Inn Iloilo. Our room was clean, the facilities were practical and well-functioning, and the staff were kind, friendly, and accommodating. The location was also very convenient—SM City Iloilo is nearby, plus there’s a convenience store just downstairs.
The only downside was the fire alarm going off several times at night, which disturbed our sleep. The staff kept checking on it, but it was still quite inconvenient. Overall, we still had a pleasant stay and appreciated the cleanliness, convenience, friendly staff, and great location. Hopefully, the fire alarm issue can be addressed for an even better stay next time.
