Terrible cleanliness, broken bed, extremely slow service. Never coming back again!

Nothing. Very disappointing experience.

Very poor stay experience. The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The bed was broken, making it completely uncomfortable to sleep on. On top of that, the customer service was super slow, inefficient, and kept delaying responses to resolve issues. Absolutely terrible management.

Very bad experience.

The location is strategic

The customer service attitude is poor. After checking out, the deposit was not returned, the WhatsApp message was not received, and the phone was not answered. As soon as you step into the room, my family have to fight cockroaches. Many cockroaches crawl all over the room.

Impressive confidence to promise a ready room that was nowhere to be found. You will be paid triple on your actual cost.

I must say, I definitely loved the experience of booking a room I couldn’t actually use—only to end up spending double to get another one last minute. Since I’ve already paid and still haven’t received the refund that was promised, I’d absolutely recommend giving it a try—just like chasing a limited-edition Labubu: you pay, you wait, and you never know if you’ll actually get it.

Despite having a confirmed booking, the property was not ready when I arrived. There was no prior communication regarding any delay, and I was told the room would be cleaned within 40 minutes — yet no cleaning staff were present. I received no room key, and the door was left unlocked, raising serious concerns about both hygiene and security. You can see in the attached photo the condition of the property at first sight — taken right after the official check-in time they published. They claimed a cleaner was inside, but there was no one in sight. Rubbish was everywhere. I honestly wonder, if I had actually stayed there to wait, what kind of “magic” they planned to perform to transform that space. 🤮 To make things worse, I was later told to return the key — despite never having received one or being provided the service I paid for. I was also asked to leave a comment. I must say, I truly admire the confidence it takes to make such a request under these circumstances. The host remained unresponsive and unprofessional throughout. Although a refund was initially promised, my refund request has not been accepted to date. I was left with no choice but to secure alternative accommodation on short notice, which cost me more than double the original amount. As of now — over 60 hours later — I’ve been contacted by three different individuals, yet I’m still waiting for a clear resolution or meaningful response. In the end, I’ve essentially paid RM XXX just to leave a complaint, not to receive the service I booked. That said, feel free to try your luck — maybe I was just the unlucky one.

L’emplacement super pratique à côté de l’aéroport, pour une nuit de transit. Super propre, grand, eau chaude. Check in et check out très facile. Tous les commerces en bas de l’immeuble (resto, supérette, laverie...). Si je devais refaire une nuit de transit je retournerai là bas :)

Les portes des balcons sont mal insonorisées donc on entend un peu le bruit de la circulation mais cela n’empêche pas du tout de dormir loin de là :)
