Nonostante le recensioni negative, ho deciso di prenotare. Devo dire invece che è stata una bella sorpresa positiva, la casa al mare è molto spaziosa e pulita: dispone di un ampio living, una camera da letto confortevole con aria condizionata e un bagno moderno.
L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, comprese lenzuola e asciugamani, che rendono il soggiorno ancora più comodo.
L’host Umberto è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità

The apartment has a good location and the space itself is generally pleasant. However, there are several aspects that could be improved to better meet the standards expected for this type of accommodation.
The main issue was the bathroom. The level of cleanliness could have been better, and there was not enough toilet paper provided for two people staying for five days. The hand soap was almost entirely diluted with water, and only one shower gel was available, which appeared to be a men’s product, despite the booking being for a couple. In addition, the bathroom bin did not have a garbage bag.
In the bedroom, the pillows were extremely large and very firm, which made them quite uncomfortable for sleeping.
The kitchen facilities were also limited. There were plastic cups instead of regular glass ones, only two mugs, and no kettle or other way to boil water. While there were two coffee machines in the kitchen, there were no capsules or instructions explaining how to use them. It would have been helpful to have some basic items such as tea or coffee available.
Overall, the stay was acceptable and the property has potential, but some small improvements in cleanliness, basic supplies, and kitchen equipment would make the experience much better for international guests, especially considering the expectations associated with accommodations listed on Booking at this price level.
