The building is new and looks nice when you enter.
The location is OK with bus stops , bakeries and shops next door. It's about a 15 minute walk from the old town.
With the balcony door closed it was very quiet.
The flexible check in / out time was very helpful.
The owner was quick to resolve a problem with the AC.
It is very small.
The balcony is tiny , without any real view.
The shower needs an installation to hold the shower head. Holding it with the hand was not so comfortable.
Not much natural light in the room.

Very nice and clean apartment in the vicinity of the city center but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. There are a lot of bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The building is very modern and has a concierge service. The apartment has everything you might need during your stay, including a coffee machine. I would definitely recommend this apartment!
