My wife booked this accommodation for 3 nights whilst she was visiting friends in Carbis Bay. The review is from her perspective ....... the property looks like it is a very recent build and was very well thought out with all amenities you would need. Kitchen well equipped, large bathroom with excellent shower and very comfortable double bed. The message from Booking.com with details of key collection didn't come through to my phone - however the telephone number of the Host was on the booking details and following a quick phone call, she met me at the accommodation with the key. The host (Sara) was very helpful with directions for eating places in the locality.

Spotless and had everything you may need for your stay ..cleaning products ,tea/coffee milk in fridge ,hairdryer,ironing board and iron etc … great location we drove out to Bodmin jail for the 4dexperience Newquay and St ives snd Port Isaac
Host was amazing and lived in the big house next to Chsket but was tucked away so it was very private and host was so lovely and helpful

The patio was a nice addition, and completely milk was quite nice too
Shower was rubbish, burning hot to freezing cold water, could hardly use it.
The patio back door was really hard to lock.
We both found the bed was too soft but that’s just a preference.
Slightly grubby in places, cobwebs beside the fridge, spiders in the bedroom.
Found the parking situation a bit of a faff.
