Great Location, Best customer service ever. I would ask for a fan or toilet paper to be replaced and it would be done in 5 mins. Very impressed. Staff are very kind and welcoming
My room came with a kitchenetter to reheat soup and other things in a microwave or hon. It also came with a fridge and ensuite bathroom.
Towels and toilet paper provided. Also shampoo and bodywash.
The bedding could have been fresher. I feel it was a bit old and worn out with the textiles pilling. Pillows could be new and fluffier too

Friendly and helpful welcome from staff. The studio was very pleasant and spacious and had everything needed, including good kichenette. En suite was modern with an excellent shower. Bed couldn’t really be described as super comfy - just basic comfort for students, I suppose! A very good option for travellers to Bath out of term time, and good value, and fairly well located to access the train station and city centre on foot.
The main drawback - which can’t be resolved - was that the busy road meant constant noise of traffic 24/7. But maybe there are some rooms which are away from the road and a bit quieter?

Opposite bus stop to get back into city centre
Bed mattress very poor
Kitchen sink needed bleaching and water in sink drained very slowly
Very noisey wth window open for fresh air
Traffic and seagulls made so much racket
