La habitación era espaciosa y Amir (el recepcionista del turno de noche), era el único que sabía inglés y fue el que más se preocupó en nuestro bienestar. Encantados con él y su trabajo.
Cuando llegamos no habían recogido la basura de la habitación. Si quieres que te limpien la habitación hay que solicitarlo. No lo hacen diariamente. No sé si es una costumbre en Turquía, ya que nos ocurrió en otros hoteles.

Tutto perfetto, staff cordiale e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi esigenza. In camera c'era tutto il necessario e la stanza era completamente insonorizzata, abbiamo dormito benissimo.
Ho trovato dei capelli sotto il copriletto e il letto era abbastanza scomodo

Staff were kind and very helpful! Stayed with 2 of my friends and it was a comfortable stay. Room is a little small but was really clean which I preferred / shower was great (cold water perfect for the hot weather)
Nothing. I would say bathroom was a little small but other than that, the cleaning by the staff was amazing and everyone is english-speaking and friendly.
