Since there is no reception, a bit of confusion on getting into the property (did not see/get the email w/ instructions, but the contact person was available to give us the info in real-time)
A bit of confusion during check-out - property address was not correct on one of the check-out form (Whem Strasse, vs. Post Strasse) but was correct on the receipt, so no issue checking out in the end.

Auch ohne Rezeption war der Vermieter telefonisch für alle Belange immer erreichbar. Zimmer neu ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Das Zimmer und die zentrale Lage haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
Aus Personalmangel mussten wir mit dem PKW zum Frühstücken zu einer festen Uhrzeit (9:00 Uhr) in ein anderes Motel fahren. Dort war das Buffet schon größtenteils abgeräumt und es wurde kaum mehr nachgelegt. Brötchen vom Vortag aufgebacken, keine Butter, keine Eier, kein Fisch, Filterkaffee und dafür ein Preis von 15,-Euro pro Person.
