El personal muy amable. A destacar el desayuno que estaba muy bueno. Nos ayudaron allí mismo a alquilar la moto, cargarla y a hacer una lavadora.
El único contra es que hay un gallo que no paraba de cantar y no nos dejó dormir bien ninguna de las 2 noches.

Esta hermoso a simple vista, la pile, el desayuno muy abuntante. El personal divino tambien. Todo muy prolijo y cute!
Nos toco una habitación en primera planta y la persona de arriba cuando caminaba se sentia como si estuviera adentro de nuestro cuarto. Mas si sos como nosotros de acostarnos temprano y el de arriba lo hace mas tarde. Y mas si se pone a mirar peliculas en el balcon😬 Muy muy mala acustica!
Y estabamos en la numero 1, al lado de una construcción que dejaron abierta las cloacas y entraba todo el olor por la ventana del baño.

We appreciated being welcomed with a fresh young coconut drink, which was a nice touch. Also, whenever we actually asked the staff for something, they were friendly and willing to help.
The location is not very convenient, especially if you arrive with luggage. From the harbor, you have to make your way to almost the opposite side of the island, and since there are no cars on Gili Air, getting there with bags can be quite uncomfortable.
The hotel itself feels quite basic and below the standard we expected. The staff could often be seen lying around, and our room was not ready on time. The room itself wasn’t particularly clean or well maintained. There is no door separating the bedroom from the bathroom, the hot water sometimes runs out, and the room has almost no amenities at all — no hairdryer, no drinking water, no minibar, basically nothing apart from soap and toilet paper.
Breakfast was also disappointing: essentially one La Crêperie-style pancake, which felt very limited for a hotel breakfast.
