I liked almost everything. its like a new construction apartment.
Bed are awesome and comfortable. One in the living room and one upstairs. There are 2 AC to keep apartment cool and fresh.
Kitchen was okay we only stayed 1 night so we didn't really use it.
Location is good and safe.
The Staff are very kind, helpful and responsive.
Nothing was missing amenities wise in the room. And wifi was good but be aware in China lot of western website are blocked.
Apartment very clean and lovely. I recommend it.
The Sink for the kitchen and bathroom are a bit clogged.
Wash your hand in the kitchen for 30 second and wait 2-3 minute for water to go down the drain.
Bathroom sink to wash hand is find but the drain on the floor for the shower is clogged same thing take a shower for 30 second and wait for water to go down before you continue with the shower. Otherwise, you will flood the apartment.
Also whoever build that bathroom clearly never went to construction school. Yes very very beautiful bathroom but the drain is higher elevation than the rest of the floor so you have to push with your feet the water to the drain. that very stupid design.
Also who makes the floor out of the most slippery tiles material ever. This bathroom is dangerous once it get wet, one day I forecast a very bad accident. Be careful when using the bathroom.
Because of material used to build the bathroom and bad drain design the room have tendency to built up mold. At this time i would say there is about 2.9% mold which is absolutely nothing!!! compared to other place i have stay but in a few years.... that would be another story. A full bathroom renovation is highly recommended.
Despite all this i strongly recommend this location, it was nice beside the drain and sink issues.

The geographical positioning is a massive tactical advantage and the primary reason to tolerate the facility's flaws. If your operational objective is hardware sourcing, negotiating directly with electronics brands, and analyzing supply chains, the placement is flawlessly strategic. You are deployed right at the epicenter of the Shenzhen electronics hub, with HQ Mart and SEG Plaza immediately accessible.
Logistics are entirely frictionless: the subway is adjacent, and essential infrastructure is within a 5 to 10-minute walking radius. This includes a solid concentration of halal dining options, alongside standard caffeine and calorie dispensaries like Starbucks and KFC. From a purely locational standpoint, the efficiency is maximized - zero complaints.
The promotional photos are a masterclass in visual deception. The room is tiny, and the furniture is visibly tired and cracked. There’s a constant battle with humidity, highlighted by suspicious black lines on the walls (presumably an indoor botanical feature). The second AC is strictly decorative, and you can forget about a microwave.
The 1.5 sq.m bathroom is a literal "wet room" - taking a shower instantly transforms the toilet zone into a wading pool. The provided toiletries are low-tier, and hair conditioner is absent.
Communication is an extreme sport. The staff's English is non-existent, so Google Translate is your only friend. The night receptionist operates on a frequency where even native Chinese doesn't seem to register.
Elevator logistics are a daily 5-minute lottery. The cabins aren't synchronized, and residents tend to press every available button in sheer optimism.
Acoustically, the walls are structural illusions. You will hear every argument, sigh, and life choice of your neighbors. Request a corner room unless you want to be an involuntary participant in their family drama.
