A quiet retreat in the city center, ideal for a relaxing getaway

The views were fantastic, both at night and during sunrise. The warm pool was also a wonderful experience, no matter what time of day.

There were a lot of flies, which was quite inconvenient. Also, the soundproofing between the rooms was poor, so we could clearly hear our neighbors, which caused some discomfort.

Las deficiencias detectadas en el alojamiento —entre ellas, la cama rota, los enchufes sin las debidas medidas de seguridad, los cajones del congelador rotos, los problemas de cerramiento de la puerta de entrada y el acceso de personas a la propiedad sin previo aviso ni autorización, entre otras— no pueden considerarse simples incidencias menores. Se trata de incumplimientos de las condiciones y características del alojamiento que fueron ofertadas y por las que se abonó el precio correspondiente. Estas circunstancias afectaron directamente a nuestra estancia, a nuestra seguridad y al disfrute del alojamiento contratado. Por este motivo, no consideramos en absoluto adecuada una compensación del 5% ofrecida por la propiedad tras abonar 2.900 euros por 4 noches, ya que entendemos que no guarda una proporción razonable con la entidad, el número y la gravedad de las deficiencias sufridas. Agradecemos las gestiones realizadas por el personal durante nuestra estancia, pero ello no elimina ni minimiza los incumplimientos existentes. Por tanto, esperamos que se revise la compensación ofrecida y se formule una propuesta más acorde con las circunstancias reales y con el perjuicio ocasionado.
