Personnel très sympathique, réactif et ponctuel ! Ils ont réagit très vite lors d’un problème avec notre chauffe eau, et nous n’avons du coup même pas été privée d’eau chaude.
Endroit très calme et paisible, au milieu de la verdure. Situé à deux pas de la plage, vous pouvez vous y rendre à pieds.
L’hôtel propose un service de restauration à très bon rapport qualité prix et ils adaptent les horaires en fonction de votre demande.
Nous n’avons manqué de rien et avons même prolongé notre séjour.
Nous vous recommandons vivement d’y séjourner du vous êtes de passage à Palolem.

The ladies who run the place are friendly and helpful. They gave me a bunch of flowers on my birthday.
The room was spacious, the bed was huge, we had a private balcony and extra little room with fridge and sink as well as a spacious shower room. The air conditioning and fan worked well.
The gardens are beautiful, it was a really peaceful spot and we saw geckos and frogs.
Great location near some good restaurants (our favourite was Singh’s Family Restaurant) and a short walk through Niko’s resort to the beach.
The room could do with a couple of updates, there was a broken pane of glass in one of the windows and in the evenings there wasn’t much hot water. But I think this is reflected in the price. It was very reasonably priced for the location so you cannot expect perfection.

Friendly, helpful and charming staff nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was comfortable clean and quiet. A/C and fan ,hot water ,good shower,small space outside room and welcoming pretty garden to chill in. 1 minute from beach.
