I was connected with Ms. KM. Very friendly and prompt in reply whatsapp.
The property is an airbnb style with digital check in only. The family room was HUGE at the 4th also the top floor.
Generous and they even prepared multi international adaptor in the room.
They have a nice instagramable common area.
Rainbow umbrella provided too.
Locker is provided to keep our luggage before check in time and after check out time. Each locker can fit two S size luggages.
Kim Yong morning market just a street away like 5 minutes walk.
Lee Garden night market street just 10 minutes walk away
Weekend floating market is 30 minutes away by tuk tuk.
No elevator in the building. 😂😂

Location is near to 7e, the market & halal food.
The facility is clean and the bed comfy
Room very spacious
There is smell from the drain. Obvious when coming in due to stale air, will go away after swith on a & vent . TV don't offer Thai channel.

环境，卫生清洁都很不错，电器如热水器，热水壶，冰箱，插座都有提供，下次会再预约
房间冷气好像没那么冷，有时候会流汗，可能可以加大马力或者加一把风扇
