Апартамента се нуждае от леко освежаване, Може да се помисли за комарници на прозорците защото когато излезете и затворите прозорците климатика се спира, по време на активния сезон може да е леко трудно да се намерят места за паркиране, но това не е по вина на собственниците. Camera este foarte curată, estetică și are mobilier nou, ceea ce ne-a plăcut mult. Un mare avantaj este locația, fiind aproape de plajă și de supermarket, ceea ce este foarte convenabil.
Pentru 3 adulți, camera este mult prea mică, iar faptul că nu există o ușă între camere reduce intimitatea. Patul destinat celei de-a treia persoane este, de asemenea, destul de mic.
La baie, scurgerea nu funcționează corespunzător: când faci duș, se acumulează apă și baia se inundă. La chiuvetă există, de asemenea, o scurgere dedesubt. Un alt minus este lipsa plaselor de insecte la uși.
