The venue was beautiful and comfortable
I did not like that the staff could not guide me how to reach the venue when i was lost nearby in heavy rain. Instead i was told to please come to imperial lexis and asked redundant questions that am in a cab. I had to ask the guard from where i was lost how to go here in heavy rain.
I also did not like that the staff actually rang the door bell sharp at 12 noon and waiting outside the door like chasing us out. I believe at minimal hospitality dictates you do not wait outside the door and ring the doorbell sharp at 12. Normal practice is if by say 10-15 minutes the guest not checked out, you can call or if say 30 minutes then reasonable to ring the door bell to enquire. I just do not appreciate being chased to leave.

Great location, very convenient for getting around KL and close to many attractions. The property was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Location and views
Customer service is not 5-stars. Never addressed by my name, always called “guest”. Parts of the room is dusty. Using a screenshotted QR code to enter wasn’t reliable. Gym card wasn’t provided so needed to message about this… initially told to collect at 10am the following morning despite the gym being 24-hours. Also being disturbed via phone calls by unknown numbers when I’m working rather than being texted if I needed towels or water.
