very modern comfortable room.
great bed and daily service of making the bed and fresh towels.

Deck was lovely and the accomodation was not far from the Gulf of Poets
The owner was a lovely woman but unfortunately for us she spoke no English
It was never made clear that the room to sleep and bathroom were in a completely seperate room/ area to the kitchenette, lounge, dining table and washing machine/ dryer.
When you enter the property off a very blind corner into the gate area ( few steps in) on your right is the very clean, modern well equiped facility. BUT outside of that building are two flights of stairs ( 22 steps) leading up to the small but nice deck and into the bedroom with coffee machine, small fridge and lovely but very small bathroom.
Parking is around the corner on a private driveway. You need to know that as there’s no where to park/ off load outside the property .

Sehr tolles und aussergewöhnliches gemütliches Bett und Kissen, hochwertige Ausstattung. Tolle und grosse Terrasse. Ideal für Haustiere. Privater Parkplatz in der Seitengasse.
Sehr nette und freundliche Besitzer.

Accoglienza strepitosa! Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare la camera già fresca ed una bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto. Camera pulitissima e molto confortevole, anche per lo spazio esterno dove abbiamo scambiato delle piacevolissime chiacchere con l'host che è simpaticissimo e disponibile. Sicuramente ci piacerebbe tornarci!

The property was very clean, tidy and looked new. It had everything I needed. Air conditioning was great as it was over 40 degrees outside. The host was waiting and was very polite I was English and he was Italian and the communication was very good. Bed was very comfy and I had a great nights sleep
