Inside, the apartment features a bright living-dining room with a kitchenette, where you’ll find a comfortable sofa bed equipped with an 18 cm memory foam mattress and a dedicated wall unit, complete with a storage area for personal belongings, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
Outside, there are two covered verandas: the first veranda, which serves as the main entrance to the house, is furnished with outdoor sofas; the second, located at the back, is pleasantly shaded by a wooden pergola equipped with awning curtains and features a table and chairs so you can enjoy al fresco lunches and dinners and pleasant moments of relaxation while savoring privacy and tranquility in the cool of the evening.
From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view that sweeps down over the vineyards of neighboring estates, toward the lagoon and out to the sea—and more specifically, the nearby La Cinta beach, beloved and well-known by locals and tourists from around the world for its fine white sand stretching for 5 kilometers, and the clear, crystal-blue sea that laps its shores.
