About this villa rental

A Private Retreat for All Seasons

A private house ideal for a holiday in any season. Surrounded by lush greenery, century-old olive groves and vineyards, just 1 km from Cisterna beach, Vestar bay and the unique Palud ornithological reserve with its beautiful beach that remains almost completely empty for most of the summer.

The house features 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room overlooking the pool, an outdoor summer kitchen with WC, gas and wood-fired BBQ, and a large fenced garden perfect for pets.

The property is located 2 km from the paved road in a very quiet area – with light traffic in summer and only about 10 cars a day during the rest of the year.

Ideal as a base to explore Istria: close to NP Brijuni, only 20 km from Poreč and Pula, and half an hour from the medieval towns of Svetvinčenat, Motovun and Hum.
