The twin villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers in the South Hams area of South Devon are probably some of the loveliest villages to spend your well earned rest. Priors Hill, set back from the lane in Noss Mayo within a sizeable plot is in a prime position above the River Yealm. It really does make the most of its beautiful surroundings, offering you the choice between watching life on the river from the balcony at the front of the property or enjoying a BBQ on the substantial private patio whilst admiring the park like garden at the back. Luckily the large glass doors and windows mean you can take in these stunning views even on days when the sun has decided not to play ball.
Having been recently renovated, Priors Hills offers stylish and comfortable accommodation of the highest specification, with its large open plan kitchen/living area being a particular feature of this beautiful house. The double-opening wood burner, which separates the living and dining areas ensures that on those days when you wish to feel cosy you can do so whether tucked up on the sofas with a cup of tea or enjoying a meal at the substantial bespoke oak dining table.
