La place de parking sécurisée, le calme, la climatisation, la taille du logement, l'emplacement, la gentillesse du propriétaire

Le logement est frais car c’est une cave en dessous avec cette canicule c’est très agréable
La SDB est vétuste , le logement est correct.
Je conseille de mettre un drap plat ou une housse de couette car avoir la couette directement ce n’est pas hygiénique et agréable

The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped (though a kitchen knife would be nice). The location was convenient to Narbonne and the beach. The place was pretty clean, though not spotless. The black cat was very friendly. The owner was also very friendly and available (he lives next door). The terrace is nice.
The apartment needs a lot of work. The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, a few are missing in one of the bedrooms, hidden by a worn rug. There is no top sheet on the beds, so you sleep under the same comforter as previous guests and doesn't look like its been washed recently. If you are staying more than one night, bring toilet paper -- only one roll is provided. The decor is minimal and the furniture is old, but not in a good way.
