L'immeuble, l'emplacement, la vue, la décoration soignée, le confort de la literie et du mobilier.
Le manque d'isolation de l'immeuble, on entend tous les voisins

Emplacement très pratique avec l’accès à pied à 10min de la plage et du centre ville, superbe vue sur les canaux.
Très bon rapport qualité prix !
La seule « déception » a été l’isolation dans l’immeuble car nous entendions les moindres petits bruits

Late check-in was easy and convenient, as the keys were left in a lockbox in front of their real estate agency. They were very nice and accommodating in arranging this for us.
They charge extra for bed linen and towels, which is fine, but the apartment did not provide basic essentials such as detergent in the kitchen or hand soap in the bathroom.
Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the noise from the neighbors made it very difficult to sleep. Doors were constantly slamming, and dogs were barking throughout the night. Overall, we did not have a comfortable or restful stay.
