The place is very clean, spacious enough and situated 20min walking from the center, which limits part of the noise. Host was welcoming and we were easily guided to where exactly the room is and how to get to the place itself. There was some compliment in the apartment left for us so we felt very welcomed during our stay. Bed and couch were comfortable enough. There was more than enough cutlery and dishes in the kitchen area.
The walls are thin, we didn't get much deep sleep because we hear both our neighbours and people and cars passing on the street with our lens, windows and doors fully shut. I can hear a clean conversation from next apartment. The address is positioned by a 2 way street next to construction sites, the dog by one of it was without a leash barking 24/7. The wardrobe in the bedroom cannot be fully opened because it's not suitable for this space so we need to take turns in order to open and grab something from there. Parking on the site is not guaranteed, you park on the 2 way street and there's no specific reserved space for each apartment, whoever catches it first. The internet connection was lower most of the time, but not sure if both noise and internet connection aren't result of the current development of the city itself. As mentioned, there were currently many construction sites on place.

The apparent was very well stocked with almost all necessities you could think of. A bit small, but comfortable.
While this is not an owner's fault the location is a bit noisy on an active street with a lot of traffic to the main road. Too much construction works and noise around as well. The photo of the parking space provided here is old and not accurate. In place of that parking there is a building now under construction and the parking spots are very limited or not existent. The host was not very attentive at the beginning while we complained that the Nespresso machine does not work. Luckily we fixed it by ourselves with a descaling solution we bought from the supermarket. Later we found out that the washing machine is broken and it was not managed to get repaired during our stay but we got a compliment for that from the host. There are no TV channels on the TV and the wifi is very unreliable as well. Apart from that the overall stay was good.
